Life coaching is a journey for an individual to enhance their personal and/or career lives. It's a partnering journey between the coach and coachee, in a thought- provoking and creative process that inspires the person to optimize their potential.
When working with a life coach you will discover that you have the answers within you to key questions, be it personal or career related, your coach’s role is to guide you in unlocking these answers.
When you partner with a coach, it's like you are sitting in the driver’s seat and your coach is your supportive passenger. Your coach supports by providing accountability and self-awareness and helps you gain new perspectives.
We live a fast paced life and to be able to keep up with such pace we are becoming more and more action-oriented and result driven. Sometimes this comes at the expense of “being” and learning what resonates with our own self. Unfortunately, this leaves us feeling disconnected and desperate for meaning and belonging. As a result we end up with what we call “the hamster wheel” experience of life, we run around in circles, desperately trying to get things done, only to find ourselves right back where we started.
Coaches ask powerful questions not for a desired answer, but to urge for a resonating self reflection, which helps you reach a new level of self awareness.

Personal Development & Transition Life Coach

Yasmin is a personal development and transition life coach who helps her clients stretch their sightline, step out of their comfort zone and grow along the way. Trained by the Co- Active Training institute (CTI) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Toronto Chamber. Yasmin spent a big part of her career working as a consumer market intelligence manager across different multinationals, which built her interest in digging beneath the “spoken words” to bring the key insights and triggers to life.

Yasmin’s coaching practice is all about creating “A Space” - A Space for you to explore your current phase of life. - A Space that helps you to learn more about yourself, to (uncover) your potential - A Space that helps you face your “Perceived” limitations (self limiting beliefs)

The ultimate outcome of the journey is to live a life where you are thriving and not just surviving.

It’s a journey where she guides you to reflect on your core values, out of which you get a better clarity on how you want to lead your life. Using a toolkit of guided exercises, she is able to help you shift your perspectives and see what is possible from different angles in life instead of being stuck in one position, new perspectives that shed light on a challenging situations

Yasmin strongly advocates that you are the only one who should be in the “Driver seat” leading the way you live your life.

Cues on when it is a sign to kick off a journey and work together……. - A change that is happening in your life and you are maybe anxious about what is coming in your way, be it transitioning to a new career, new country, new community? - A feeling or inner voice telling you that you are ready for something new or different, but still don’t know what this thing is or what tools to use to identify it? - Life is going on, you are managing fine, no major issues, but you don’t feel fulfilled. - Balancing life as a working parent: dealing with the juggle of guilt that arises and desire for career achievements.

Why does Yasmin love coaching?

She loves to listen to all types of listening, listening to the spoken and unspoken words, and witnessing the creation of connection that evokes transformation. “I love to listen to what the client is saying and to what is not said. Sometimes things are not just said with words, but with silence, with a stare or even a long deep breath……. This is “connection”.
